Product Introduction
Reflective fabric tape is a flexible, self-adhesive, or heat sensitive adhesive strip material, with its core characteristic being strong directional reflective performance under light irradiation, especially in low light or nighttime environments. It is not ordinary glitter or fluorescent material, but based on microprism reflection technology or glass bead technology to achieve efficient reflection.
Purpose: Mainly used to significantly improve the visibility of personnel, objects, or signs in low light environments, thereby enhancing safety and preventing accidents.
Core Technologies and Features: Its core technologies are mainly divided into glass bead type (with soft light reflection) and microprism type (with higher brightness and better durability). This type of tape usually has the characteristics of being washable and wear-resistant. Core functions and features
High reflectivity
Under the illumination of light (such as car headlights), the majority of the light can be efficiently reflected back along the incident direction, making the wearer or attached object extremely eye-catching and significantly increasing the visible distance.
Good flexibility
The fabric substrate provides excellent flexibility, bendability, and drape, allowing it to adhere well to various curved and irregular objects such as clothing sleeves, helmets, backpacks, and cones, without easily breaking or warping.
Strong durability
Wear resistant: able to withstand friction during daily use and washing processes.
Waterproof to washing/dry cleaning: Models specifically designed for clothing can withstand multiple industrial washes or dry cleaning (subject to specific standards).
Weather resistance: UV resistance, high and low temperature resistance, rain and snow resistance, not easy to age, turn yellow or lose reflective properties.
Tear resistance: The fabric substrate provides good tear resistance.
