What is reflective sheeting?
Reflective Sheeting is an economical glass bead reflective material that uses PET/PVC/Acrylic substrate and micro glass bead structure, with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) on the back. During the day, the colors are bright, and at night/in low light, they can emit light when illuminated by car lights or ambient light, enhancing the visibility of billboards, shop signs, display boards, and temporary signs.
Supporting screen printing, inkjet printing, UV printing, engraving machine cutting, and die-cutting, it is a cost-effective choice for advertising companies, signage factories, and foreign trade wholesalers.

Q: What is the difference between advertising grade and engineering grade reflective sheeting?
A: Advertising grade is thinner (~0.20mm), more colorful, and has a 3-year outdoor lifespan. Engineering grade is thicker (~0.30mm), brighter, and lasts ~7 years outdoors.
Q: What causes bubbles during application?
A: Bubbles are usually caused by insufficient pressure, uneven application, or dust/debris trapped between the film and the substrate.
Q: Can it be printed on directly?
A: Yes. It is compatible with solvent-based inkjet printing and screen printing.
Q: Can engineering grade be used as a substitute for advertising grade?
A: Yes, but it is more expensive and unnecessary for most advertising applications.
